I can't convey my feelings in words.

لا أستطيع أن أنقل مشاعري بالكلمات.

This need to convey with my voice,

هذه الحاجة لأنقل بصوتي،

I try to convey the correct information to you

أحاول نقل المعلومات الصحيحة لك

So if you want to convey an idea with your words,

إذن، لو أردتم نقل فكرة ما بكلماتكم،

Which, despite their magic character, can very well contract and convey disease.
