Translation of "هُوَ" in English

كل من هُوَ وحيد، وحيد لأنه خائف من الآخرين.

Every person who is alone is alone because they are afraid of others.

وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَىٰ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ.

And do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.
