يُوْلَد جَمِيْع الْنَّاس أَحْرَارا ومُتَسَاوِين فِي الْكَرَامَة وَالْحُقُوْق، وَهُم قَد وُهِبُوا الْعَقْل وَالْوِجْدَان، وَعَلَيْهِم أَن يُعَامِلُوْا بَعْضَهُم بَعْضا بِرُوْح الْإِخَاء.
